Useless E-interface
Too many texts and reminder emails! I started the online check-in but too many questions and too much personal info requested. In person was so much simpler! I tried the text to get help w the TV not working. No response. Informed the front desk on our way out with a 5-hour time budget. Didn’t get done. The front desk person came to the room with me when we returned and it was a quick fix. So the text/email thing ended up being useless. And, as a
usual after a booking, got a flurry of spam texts.
This hotel has been our go to for Miramichi fishing. The rooms are modernized, comfortable and clean. The breakfast includes some hot items and the staff are hospitable. While this particular stay had a problem, the staff was helpful. And, also did a great job at wrangling a posee of children staying for a hockey event.
