Can’t recommend Windsor House enough! From the beautiful clean rooms , the perfect balcony , the friendly staff , and the most delicious meals - we even ate dinner there twice ! Perfectly located in the heart of town . We love Windsor House

Although the mattresses could use an upgrade (they were rather soft and lumpy), the rest of the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices, lots of staff to keep food hot and space clean.

Very new facility located next to a casino with good restaurant. Had a nice 2-steaks-for-2 meal, which was good value.

Check in and out was easy, staff was pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable.

The first thing I said when I saw the property was....if I had just been driving by without reservations, I may have been hesitant to stay. It wasn't really well lit, however, it is the "off season" for them. Once inside we were greeted by the owners/hosts and they were MOST PLEASANT....they couldn't have been more accomodating, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends, the price was very reasonable and the rooms had just about everything you could need. This is an amazing place for hikers. A choice of guided hikes is offered. The guides are professional, kind and wonderful people. Communal dining encourages people to mix and meet each other. Excellent fgood prepared by a Swiss executive chef. BEWARE of two things. Absolutely no cell or WiFi connection. There is a 90 van ride to get to the lodge. It goes up and down once per day. Great place to get away and completely disconnect.

Staff was very friendly and made sure that we were happy what they had to offer.
