While the hotel appears renovated, the suite layout feels cramped and oddly arranged. The management operates with rigid policies — we witnessed several families being made to wait in the lobby until exactly 3 PM for check-in, regardless of room readiness. Hallway decor felt outdated, and basic amenities like a microwave, expected in a suite, were missing.
Breakfast was average at best, and access was tightly controlled. Guests weren’t allowed to help themselves even a minute before the 6:30 AM start, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. I didn’t ask for seconds due to how strictly everything was monitored.
Customer service was cold and inflexible, more like interacting with a machine than a human. Overall, not a pleasant stay and wouldn’t recommend if you are expecting a comfort or hospitality.
