When we checked in and got to our room the TV didn't work and the shower was extremely poor, you had to have a cold shower just to get any pressure and even then it was low.
We spoke to Lorraine at reception who said she would have a go at sorting the TV out and get maintenance to look at the shower. She did show us another room but it was full of damp. We spoke to the manager on Saturday morning about our room and her attitude was disgusting she acted like she couldn't care less and tried to fob us off by saying it's because of the swimming pool that the shower quality is poor. Eventually later on Saturday after talking to Lorraine again she found us another room that was better than what we were originally put in but again the deputy manager who was with her had attitude with us and didn't really want to do anything to help. At the end of the day we don't mind if the room needs some tlc but we would appreciate a decent shower
