Information provided at check in stated that the restaurant would be open during the week and on a sunday food would be provided at the bar, but for the entire duration the food was only served at the bar, I'm unsure if the restaurant would of had a different menu but given it was a busy bank school holiday week, there would have been the foot fall to open the restaurant as expected. The menu was too limited for my 5 night business stay for me to enjoy the food, and items were unavailable for my entire duration, and there was no option to bill the room for my meals, a payment was required every time unlike at other chains i have stayed at within All.
2 separate days within my stay my key card stopped working, requiring me to return to reception. The 1st instance my replacement key also didn't work, so I had to return to reception again, the staff were friendly but the inconvenience wasn't appreciated. The 2nd day, the delay in entering my room was not appriciated as i was loaded with bags and requiered the restroom and did not wish to use the communal restroom after use the day before as 2 out of the 3 toilets were not left in a pleasent condition, this is a guest usage issue I understand. however having to go back down with my bags to reception when i have already puhed myself wasn't, and for the 2nd day in a row, i was very diapointed, only for the 2nd staff member not surving me to make a joke asking if i was on the correct floor..
Finnaly my final night before an exam, i
