Will not stay here again. Asked for no maid servicr on 2 day stay, did not receive new towels or maid service but did absolutely have someone go through our room and our things. Used our bathroom and microwave. Very obvious signs of someone being in the room. Items were removed from suitcase but left near it. It doesn't appear that anything was stolen. When reported, got a shrug of shoulders and "I'll tell the manager in the morning, i guess."

Did not have a pet did not go in any hot tub didn’t see a hot tub exercise room was out of order, which was fine with us since we didn’t go there to exercise we went to our room open the door andThe stench was horrible. Smelled like somebody lived in there and did nothing but smoke. We dropped our things and went to our scheduled event when we came back. I told the kid at the counter about the smell and he said I’ll tell housekeeping which really didn’t help us, but we stayed in the room anyway in the morning. I reiterated my complaint and he said yes, yes no apology. No, can I do something to make things better for you when I got home and emptied our overnight bags everything smelled like stale cigarettes, very disappointed, very upset and the fact that you get a no smoking facility and it stinks obviously won’t be going there ever again.
