The room was a little bit tight, there is not enough space or maybe, furniture for luggage or clean clothes. The bed were confortable, pillows need renovation. Patio view is no view at all. Breakfast and waiters are excellent. Property is advertising the renovated rooms but when you arrive they give you an outdated 1970s room. They only hace renovated 1 bed rooms, but advertise the other that doesn’t exist.

Copacabana beach property
Property is close enough to walk to the beach (7 mins) and along the route were restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, clothing stores, and electronic stores for cell phone power converter/charging. The breakfast buffet had the freshest local fruits plus a range of meats and pastries/breads. Staff was friendly and always available around the clock. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels and toilettries were available.

Good location. Area felt safe at day and night. Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants around and also a big supermarket around the corner. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was average. Room wasn’t great. There was a broken chair and also the bed was kinda broken.

Centrally located and close to Copacabana Beach and many restaurants. Breakfast included. Cold mini fridge. Staff was attentive. They would call taxis for us. Rooms had excellent A/C. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Hot water was never ending. Staff spoke some English and Spanish. Bed was comfortable, but could be better. Not all rooms are updated. Not all rooms have safes. Some rooms have safe but not working. I was put into a very small room at first, with no window. Requested to be moved. The other room was bigger with an inside window, but the bathroom was old, not too clean, sewer smell would come up the pipes. Had to maintain the bathroom door closed. Very noisy cleaning crew in the mornings. Towels in the rooms were very old and almost tattered. Had to request change of towels often. For the price, I expected a better room/bathroom experience.

No primeiro dia nos colocaram no andar S, que é uma garagem transformada em andar com apartamentos. Era horrível, abafado, sem janela e nem parecia um hotel. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto logo na chegada, más não fomos atendidos pois, segundo eles, não havia quartos disponíveis. Estão fomos obrigados a dormir neste quarto estranho com o ar condicionado ligado a noite toda. Pra minha esposa que tem bronquite foi uma péssima noite. Na manha seguinte conseguimos trocar para um quarto no segundo andar, que este sim, era real um quarto de hotel. Passamos o resto da estadia bem confortaveis, pois havia janela pra rua e era bem arejado. Nota 1 pro quarto horrível da garagem e nota 8 pro quarto normal.

Ótimo custo-benefício
Tinha visto algumas avaliações não muito positivas do hotel, então cheguei já com um certo pé atrás. Mas para minha surpresa, fui surprendido positivamente. Tinha lido alguns comentários negativos a respeito do quarto, mas pelo menos no meu caso pegamos um quarto muito bom, recém reformado, tudo novinho, ótimo banheiro. Pontos positivos: ótimo café da manhã, localização excelente (perto de tudo, tranquilo), ducha do banheiro muito boa(forte, relaxante) e cama bem confortável. Pontos negativos: 2 elevadores é pouco para o movimento do hotel, não tinha um suporte para colocar sabonete e shampoo dentro do box. Mas destacando que os pontos positivos são muito superiores aos pontos negativos.

Hotel fantasma precisa de socorro
O pior horel em que me hospedei na vida. Recepção e área de café em obras, com ambientes barulhentos. O banheiro era horrível, sem porta papel higiênico, sem porta toalhas, sem prateleiras de apoio. A cama me deixou toda dolorida, pois parecia um colchão de mola todo mole. Não consegui carregar as fotos, mas vejam no google porque vou postar lá!

Um hotel que deixa a desejar em vários aspectos
Chegando mais cedo me cobraram para deixar as malas, atendimento ruim e hotel deixa a desejar. Absurdo gastar uma nota num hotel e ainda ter que pagar pra deixar a mala antes do checkin, na saída tinha que pagar outra vez para deixar a mala por mais um tempo, ja que meu ônibus de volta era mais tarde. Elevadores não dão conta da demanda no café da manhã, prepare suas perninhas. As funcionárias muito simpáticas no geral e especialmente uma que me foi gentil porém não estou a recordar o nome. Os funcionários se acham a última bolacha do pacote especialmente o que me atendeu cobrando como se fosse um favor deixar as malas

Os quartos são bons, apesar da limpeza e arrumação ser bem ruim. Internet horrível. Os colaborados do hotel fazem muito barulho nos corredores do hotel, no walk-talk, antes das 7hs da manhã. A localização é boa! Bem próximo a praia.
