The hotel’s location is excellent and the bed is comfortable, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The hotel advertises itself as a four-star property, but in reality, the standard is closer to two stars.
We stayed three nights on the second floor, and the vibration of the metro could be heard and felt every few minutes. Although the website claims the rooms are “soundproof,” we clearly heard street noise, conversations from neighboring rooms, and even bathroom visits during the night. There were also several small issues that affected our stay, but they might not bother all travelers.
