this day was great yes they're remodeling the place but the staff was ever so helpful and just as nice as could be and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay good the manager will go to no links to solve any problem that comes up she's doing a great job

It was horrible mod smell blood on the sheets the floor wasn't even swept there was few drug heads hanging in parking lot

Unfortunately I couldn't even close my room door if I was to leave. The handle was broken and room could only be closed and locked from the inside. Tv didn't work at first, but it might had only been the remote not programmed. Other than that room was really basic. Had hot water and cool air

I booked a room only to find the property closed at 9:15 pm and unable to check in. After ringing the bell for 5 minutes with no response I was forced to book another room at a different hotel. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. To make matters worse I've so far been able to get a refund to to lack of hotel management on site

So disgusting, I had to leave and book a new place. Couldn’t be bothered to give me a full roll of toilet paper, or clean rags (look at pic). Oh, my door was wide open when I got to the room too?

Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow and soap and shampoo. When you want to check out, call the place to wake up the guy in charge to check you out. I don’t recommended it all pay another 10 bucks for something real.

the room was disgustingly dirty, walls dirty bathroom had someones used soap with hair, cobwebs everywhere the staff wasnt even there when we arrived i didnt think we would be able to get in our room! had to call support multiple times. definitely getting what u pay for here. and the room smelled like cigarettes dirty sheets BUGS gnats spiders its a hell no for me

There was a used bandage on the bed when we checked in. The mattresses are plastic with no box spring, the pillows are thin and single, they only provided two towels with no hand towels and refused more, and the power outlets are painted over. Also be advised, the hotel requires a cash deposit on check in.

Slime lives here

Dirty room, cigarette burns in bed spread, toilet seat atrocious, steps to second level trip hazard and broken. Front desk tried to say I had zero reservation and wanted to increase cost by 30$. The state of Indiana needs to inspect this location for safety violations! Hotels .com please remove this location from your list of places to stay in Evansville, Indiana.
