I had a really bad experience with this homestay. I booked a room and received no confirmation or reply at all. After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help.
I tried contacting the agent and was told to just “wait” with no clear update. It’s been days now. I’ve checked my mailbox and refund status—nothing. The communication is incredibly slow, and nobody seems to take responsibility.
This whole situation wasted my time and disrupted my travel plans. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
