We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we had to wait over 30 minutes just for someone to check us in. The elevator was out of service, which was extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage.
Cleanliness was by far the biggest issue. The apartment was crawling with bugs—spiders and webs in every corner, and hundreds of ants on the balcony. The kitchen in the “deluxe” apartment had no cooker, the cutlery was dirty, and there was no soap provided to clean anything. The air conditioner was filthy and clearly hadn’t been maintained, with dust and grime clogging the filter.
The bathroom was poorly designed—the showerhead was so low it didn’t even reach adult height. The general upkeep of the room and facilities was unacceptable.
Breakfast was awful. The food seemed old, possibly from the previous day, and we ended up eating our own. The service throughout was disorganized and careless—it appeared that three very young girls were running the entire operation without much training or concern for guests.
We also tried the spa, which turned out to be unsafe. There were broken tiles in both the pool and the jacuzzi—I actually cut myself on one. Out of three saunas, only one was working.
Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. The only reason we’re giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the location was okay and the building had potential, but sadly, it’s being very poorly managed.
