Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection. All in all the hotel was great and we had a lovely time. Would highly recommend.

They definitely made our stay more stress free. What we really appreciate the fact that the staff was willing to hold our luggage while we went on our last stroll before heading out of town.
