I have stayed in Casa Joseph five times from 2024 to 2026. Very helpful front desk, especially Nacho. They stored our luggage while we went to Patagonia, Antarctica, and Iquazu Falls. Great location in Palermo. Close to many good eating places. When returning to Buenos Aires, we will stay in Casa Joseph again.

We keep coming back because the rooms are very nice, well maintained and equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is great (competent, friendly and helpful). The staff were friendly and accommodating and always willing to provide us with recommendations. First and foremost, the hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in late and check out very early in the AM. They provided helpful suggestions on things to do and where to get dinner given the late hour. Additionally, the hotel was well appointed and in an excellent location. The Neighborhood is safe with lots of activities and places to eat. Would definitely recommend!
