The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The walls were thin and the biggest negative was that there was a coffee pot with a teeny little bit of coffee that made one half cup of weak coffee. And the lobby didn’t open until 9 in Saturday! We had to go to the store to get coffee and filters for the next morning. My dad, who was staying in a different room, asked the room cleaner for more coffee and she acted like she didn’t know what he was talking about.

Check- in was terrible. The lady at the front desk was too busy trying to get tv fixed. There was a bad smell in room, bedding also smelled, bathroom floor not clean, There was only 1 one-cup coffee pack in the room, and it was not just our room, we had family staying in 2 other rooms and they each got just 1 coffee pack also, which is pretty cheap, and when I went to the office at 7 in the morning to get some coffee I found out the front desk does not open until 9 on Saturday!!!! How ridiculous is that? And it closed in the evening! Too bad for you if you need anything! It seems service is their last priority. Needless to say, we will never stay there again and I definitely cannot recommend this property!

This was my 2nd stay. Being impressed my first stay, this is just the second of a succession of bookings, as I am settling into business i have in the area. I feel comfortable here, it is quiet, near shopping and necessities. Staff has been all of cordial and assisting during encounters- and yes there are options if you arrive late for your booking. With the grills in the neatly manicured courtyards, the anticipation of this spring is a bit more intense. Booked the first time on a humbug, and so far no regrets in sight.
