Basic -
okay for the price. The Evening reception Girl and Guy was super great and helpful. Breakfast was basic, choice limited. They did not inform us that they were going to clean the AC, the Day time reception said they did inform us, and did not apologise or anything, basically said I must have missed it!! NO apologies from the reception. We had already stayed there for few days at that time - and No one had informed us, the room had not been cleaned for 3 days, No one had put a sign on the door or anything. So the AC cleaners, as they refused to leave and come back later, as they had a schedule, so they came into the room while my kid were sleeping ( and yes I do have pictures of it). So that was NOT great.

Had a good stay at Suburban Studios Tysons Corner. Would have been nice if there was a fitness center. Bed was comfortable and furniture was brand new. Room had a large fridge, freezer, microwave and kitchenette with a two burner stovetop. The continental brunch while appreciated was fairly basic and lacking healthier options. While the room had been updated it is obvious the building is on the older side and there was some sign of a leak which had been hastily patched. My biggest complaint was the room wasn’t well insulated and the cars parked right outside and people sounded very loud inside lets the room. The grounds were clean and well kept and only a block or two from the Metro station and capital bikeshare. Lots of restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. Definitely an older motel but for the very low price I can’t complain!

What a gem!!!
This is a hidden gem of the DMV! With the new addition of the WMATA Silver Line, you are steps away from the greatest vacation/staycation. With TJ Max, Ulta, 24 hours a day 7/11, Paper Source, Walmart, Whole Foods, Chic Fil A, Chipotle, and more. I cannot express how much I adore this location and piece of the city. Virginia is definitely for lovers. I am a lover of art, shopping, and great food. Not to mention good deals!!!

They’re GREAT!
Miguel and Anthony were great during my late night check in! The morning team made it even better with the breakfast layout. I was able to meet Ms. Anna and other members of the Housekeeping staff!! All in all this was the best decision to stay for my staycation. I will be back!!!

Not Handicap friendly.
My husband couldn't get around our handicap accessible room in his wheelchair because there is too much stuff in between the beds and bathroom. He had to hop on his 1 leg to get around anywhere. In the bathroom there was a rail that was shaking and he was afraid it'd break off the wall and had to use the bathroom counter instead. There was 0 privacy for the bathroom since it was a sliding door that doesn't lock. A bit awkward with a young child with. Found a dead roach on the last day we left.

Poor customer service
I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Upon check-in, I was given a room key that didn’t work. I called for assistance, but no one came. After going to the front desk twice, I was simply told to wait for the maintenance team. It was cold outside, and I had to wait 30 minutes before someone finally arrived to fix the issue. After the maintenance staff unlocked the door, I left to get some food, and when I returned, the key didn’t work again. When I went back to the front desk for help, they told me I could either check out, wait for the maintenance guy to come and fix it, or contact the third-party booking service to request a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Another maintenance worker showed up to fix the issue, and while it was temporarily resolved, the key stopped working again as soon as I closed the door. When I returned to the front desk, I was met by a different staff member who, unlike the others, was polite and friendly. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and advised me to speak with the manager on Monday regarding a refund.

Need to be cleaned better.
Everything seemed fine at first. Compliments to one of the agents at the front desk who really helped me get around the city. But on my last morning I turned on my bathroom light as it was still dark outside and to my surprise roaches went everywhere. I was able to kill one that was on the mirror. When I called the front desk grossed out they asked me if I wanted to switch rooms and I explained it was my last day. Instead of offering any sort of reimbursement for my uncomfortability they just said oh sorry. I sent the pic of the roach I killed to a fb bug id page and they confirmed it was a German roach which apparently are the wprst kind. It was not a big water bug. Along with that, they had the remote in a plastic baggie stating it had been cleaned prior to my check in. When I removed the remote from the baggie it was covered in food remnants. So no it was not cleaned. Needless to say when I got home all of my stuff has been washed along with how I had to bag everything up before packing. The continental breakfast definitely needs improvement. The eggs were weird, the sausage was cold, the juice machine was broken and although they had cream cheese no bagels were available. I did enjoy a waffle though. I just ended up leaving very disappointed and grossed out.

Avoid Suburban Studio in Vienna, VA at all costs
Suburban Studios is a Quality Inn Brand. Firstly its NOT a studio apartment. Theres no kitchen facility. There is a fridge. Everything is Old and rusted and dirty looking. The cleaning staff do not speak any english (when I asked the maid to clean my room she opened Google Translate). The Shower tap handle requires you to pull it out with both hands. My AC stopped working after a few hours. I called twice and they said they would send maintenance but they didnt arrive. The breakfast is very forgettable and basic (they didnt even have Jam except for some sugar free jelly). The coffee was ditchwater. Please do not stay at this horrible property. The only thing good was the check in with Ms Shante who was friendly and funny and very nice. The rest of my experience at Suburban Studio STANK!

The room was great and the aervice was nice, but the room definitely needed some updating, for example, there was mold in the bathroom on the walls and the room snelled like chlorine, but ither than that , it was a great place to stay in during our vacation!

Our room was clean and the location was really convenient because it was a 3 minute walk to the metro station. The staff was so kind and I booked on expedia with no issues. The only concern I had was our bathroom seemed a bit dirty when we arrived. It was a bit noisy when we arrived but calmed down after 9PM. I would book on the second or third floor due to the noise but overall a great experience. The prices were cheaper compared to other places in the area last minute.
