Great Riad . Very clean , charming , nice pool and very friendly staff. Its around 20 min from main square and most of attractions. We did not had a chance to eat breakfast but i hear was good . Definitely recommending

Séjour incroyable

Je vous recommande activement ce riad. Le personnel est vraiment au top de l’accueil, en passant par le restaurant, comme à la réception. Mention particulière pour Zaynab 😃. Les chambres sont sublimes. Restaurant et petit déjeuner super aussi. Piscine très agréable. Petit thé d’accueil. Rien à dire ( vous pourrez aussi faire la rencontre de Fiona et Rio qui eux aussi vous accueilleront avec grand plaisir 🐾)

We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic.

Perfect hotel.. Peace and serenity.

Nice and friendly staff. Beautiful suite. A bit away from the medina but has transport anytime on demand to the city center. Wonderful pool and beatiful gardens. A peaceful place to relax. Food was excellent.. Highly recomended!!!

The garden was absolutely beautiful...lemon and orange trees heavily laden, beautiful shrubs and flowering plants, two little ponds with fish, frogs and even a terrapin, peacocks wandering around. It was chilly in the late afternoon and evening... the gardener always lit the open fire. Most relaxing and warm. Food was good, freshly prepared, tasty and nutritious but be aware, the prices are high. 1.5 litre bottle of water 35MAD Staff friendly, smiling and willing to help in any way. Hammam and massage was very good. Convenient free shuttle service into Marrakech. After 17.30 you have to pay but driver will pick you up at your convenience. Bathroom was functional and spacious but I maybe needs updating. Bed was comfortable but I really DO NOT like the sheet directly on mattress. For reasons of hygiene there should be mattress cover/ protector on the mattress and then sheet on top of that. Same with the pillows. There should always be a pillow protector underneath pillowcase. I appreciate that for some this may not be an issue, but to me it is common sense and hygienic. Overall, an excellent stay and I would recommend if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing, as a relief from Marrakech itself.

The lane down to the hotel is unmade and very bumpy if you have a fused spine. My daughter and my friends daughter ate the same thing in the hotel and both got food poisoning. We told the hotel but they still charged for what they had eaten. Two of the staff stood out as being very helpful and made our holiday special. They are Abdul and Mo. The pool is unheated and was freezing cold so we weren’t able to use it. The gardens are beautifully planted and it’s a peaceful retreat.

attention vérifier votre taxe de séjour

Ayant séjourné avec mes 3 enfants dans ce complexe dotée d'une jolie piscine ainsi que d'un restaurant, globalement le séjour s'est bien déroulé, le petit déjeuner était parfois vite limité en quantité mais correct, mais malheureusement, le tout est gâché par une tentative maladroite d'escocrerie à la taxe de séjour, en effet celle-ci ne s'applique que pour les adultes et enfants de plus de 13 ans, néanmoins on aura essayé de me faire payer pour 4 personnes, finalement on cède pour 2 (je suis le seul adulte à séjourner dans la chambre!). Bref, je suis déçu de cette mentalité. N'y retournerai pas.

Amazing spot and quiet place. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful. The waiters are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was poor. There was no consistency regarding the food choice. Everyday we had less choice than the previous day. The portions of the meals are quiet small from the menu a la carte.

La perfection a 2 pas de Marrakech

Riad parfait!!! Propre, accueillant, et un personnel des plus agréables avec grands espaces, convient pour tout type de vacances. Excentré de Marrakech, à moins de 15 min du centre, le mieux est d’etre Véhiculé, sinon le Riad Jawad propose un système de Navette qui vous assure les aller/retour. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, et la nourriture y est très bonne. Étant lassé des hôtels bruyants du centre où des piscines à l’ombre, ici tout était parfait! Un grand merci.

Amazing staff and gorgeous relaxing hotel

The staff is so kind and accomodating. We missed our connecting flight so we got to the hotel at midnight. We had informed the staff and one of the made sure to stay up to welcome us and check us in. The daily free ride to the center was so helpful. Breakfast was really good (they even made omelettes for you and its included). The rooms are gorgeous and the place is stunning. I could not recommend this place more.

Ruhige kleine idyllische Anlage am Standrand

Super schöner Garten, tolle zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Ruhiger und sehr entspannender Aufenthalt fern vom Stadttrubel. Kostenloser Shuttle der in die Innenstadt fährt. Aber etwas versteckte Lage und dadurch schwer für außenstehende Taxifahrer zu finden. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders, allerdings für die Anzahl der Gäste ausreichend. Waren zu viert in einem Zimmer, das war ok. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

staff and managers were excellent arranging transport for us in to the city area. the only down side is that is was a bit out of the way to get to but that was made up by the peace and quiet of the surroundings I would recommend this place to friends who may visit the area

Härlig miljö men sämre service

Riad Jawad är ett snyggt inrett hotell i en härlig trädgård med fint poolområde. Atmosfären är väldigt avkopplande. Vill man göra Marrakech tar det bara ca 20 minuter in till Medinan och transporten ingår i priset (100 MAD tillägg efter 18). Maten är väl inte den roligaste men inte särskilt dyr för att vara ett hotell och fullt ätlig. Det sämsta med detta hotell är mottagandet av den kvinnliga receptionisten. Man får lätt intrycket att gästerna mest är till besvär. Inför vår förflyttning från en riad i medinan, tog det dessutom många försök innan vi fick kontakt med hotellet för upphämtning och det orsakade onödig oro. Hotellet är dock mycket prisvärt och det går att se på receptionistens sätt med lite humor.

Un vrai palais des 1001 et nuits, les jardins sont magnifique, les parties communes du Riad tes propres, confortables et chaleureuses, notre chambre digne d'un magasine de deco! Bref je recommande. Juste un souci de ligne téléphonique avant notre arrivée. Le personnel reste discret, très agréable et attentif. L'environnement extérieur n'est pas joli mais l'hôtel met à disposition une navette gratuite pour aller dans la médina. Je recommande fortement.
