The worst bathrooms I have experienced, the zink was in top of the toilet and it was impossible to enter the show due to lack of space. There were no ventilation in the very hot rooms, very difficult webpage where you were logged off very often and the carpets were very dirty - so in total a very poor experience.

Nice clean room and bathroom although the bathroom was so small I had to contort myself to get into the shower. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. Overall very happy and would stay there again.

Easy to check in. A small hotel with narrow corridors, so took a little time to find our room. Very nice clean room. We loved the view to a green and quiet garden without no overlook into the room. Good equipment for eating in the room (microwave, cutlery, electric kettle etc). We had some questions and got very fast answer on Whatsapp. Easy to check out, but we miss the outdoorcode after checkout, that was the only thing we would "picked on". We had luggage inside, so we had to call them to let us in. Took a time. But all in all, a pleasant stay 😊

Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again.

Nice rooms and good facilities especially the lounge with access to the garden. The free luggage lockers are a great idea and work really well. The only negative is the amount of doors and fire doors so it can be difficult to get around the building with your luggage

Room windows can only open the size of a finger. There is no window whatsoever in the rest of the building. Heat just stays constantly and the fan is not enough. Very bad choice for hot days. Slight smell of cigarette on top.

The room was clean overall but the finer details were missed. There was dust in hard to reach places and there was a stain on one of our towels. As well as this there were stains on the carpets in the corridors which weren’t a nice first impression. Our Tv did not work and when instructed by the AI tool on whatsapp on how to fix the problem, after following all the instructions the tv still didnt work. For the price we paid I would at least expect a working TV. Otherwise our stay was lovely. The location was good, the overall cleanliness was good and the room was very spacious. Another downside was when we arrived 2 hours before check-in, we couldnt use any of the lockers as they were all reserved.

Perfectly clean and serviceable for a short stay. The kitchen facility was quite basic - literally just a kettle and microwave so you won’t be making any three course meals here. The room was also a bit short of storage to put my things and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Considering the price I paid not really too much to complain about. I was happy and would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget and need a base for a few days.

Just book somewhere else. This is like student digs, and the AI approach is not for me, I prefer the personal touch, especially if things are not right such as: No milk for tea or coffee no additional toilet rolls, and isolated cold water tap in the bathroom, just for starters. It's a poor relation to a hotel/motel and when you complain, as we did, the AI response is a set patter that is no use. When we eventually got transfered to a real person the next day, they explained that they don't provide milk for tea or coffee. Then offered us a late check out. I didnt want anything from them other than a cup of tea, in a room that had cups a kettle, water and a tea bag. None of which were any use at all without the simplest of additives - the milk. It's the little things that let a place down, but this place did it in spades. We won't be using Bob W again, even though after my complaints they offered us discount to return. I dont want money off, I dont want money back, I just wanted a decent place to stay, and this was dreadful. I dont usually leave reviews, so read into that, what you will. My advice is look elsewhere .

It was my second time staying here, and unfortunately the experience was not as good. Facilities, cleanliness all were fine but the difference was this time I got a room at the front of the property. I didn’t look to be on a particularly busy road, but the traffic noise was quite bad for most of the night. The owners must recognise this issue as they gave away ear plugs in the room. This is a good touch, but sadly didn’t work for me and i didn’t get a good nights sleep. If you are a light sleeper perhaps bring ear plugs that you know to work, otherwise it could be a problem. The room I had at the back of the property was fine, but I was not so lucky this time. It’s a shame to report this, as otherwise it is really good accommodation.

Nice room and very clean. The layout is very well thought out and is styled nicely. The kitchen is compact with everything you would need for a short stay. However, I found having to use my phone for everything, check in, access to the property and room a faff. The room I had looked on to a busy road and the walls are very thin. I could hear the tv from the next room. I was booked in for 2 nights during the recent extreme heat and anyone looking to book in the summer should note that there is no air conditioning. A stand alone fan was provided but did little to cool the room, it was an absolute furnace and made me feel quite ill. So much so that I checked out and went to another hotel. (It was cooler outside than in the room!) This is where having someone on site would have been a benefit. Other rooms may not have these issues as there seems to be rooms facing the back but I wouldn't stay here again...not that I did anyway! Sorry Bob W!
