The staff was very courteous. The hotel was very small less than 50 rooms but all are spacious and very clean. The access from the freeway is easy and close enough to walk to the beach. This was our 2nd time visiting there and it has become our go to place to stay when we go to Oceanside.

Quaint hotel just a few minutes drive to Oceanside or Carlsbad beach. Parking lot is well kept and there’s a seating area outside to hang out. The room was clean with the essentials-microwave and fridge. The size of the room was adequate for the reasonable nightly rate. The bed is fine, typical hotel mattress on a metal frame. You can’t beat the price of the rooms and easy drive to the beach. There’s a coffee spot within walking distance and a dinner restaurant across the street. The staff were helpful and kind.

This property was sweet. Small motel style with it's own character. The rooms were spacious while the grounds were clean & pretty. The family (nephew) took good care of us during our stay. As long as their pricing continues to be fair, I'd definitely book here again.

The room was nice. But for me the bed and pillows were to soft and the bed frame squeaked really loudly with any movement you made. The shower water pressure wasn't great. But did enough. Overall it's a nice place. Near good food and shopping. Far from the city.
