Lägenheten låg inte på det ställe som visades vid bokning. Vid incheckning vart vi hänvisade att följa gps länken i bokningen till lägenheten men den var på helt fel ställe. Trasiga fönster som lagats med träskiva. Toalettsitsarna lösa och golvet sviktande. Trevlig lägenhet men allmänt sliten. Dock bra läge.

Spacious apartment in the City Centre. Toilet was under maintenance. Note was left and fixed quickly. It was warm so had to keep windows open. LOTS of noise ALL night from the street. Check-in process was smooth and the office kindly stored our luggage. The property office was not close the to apartment but was walkable with luggage and the directions were very clear how to find and access the property. Checkout process was easy.

The location was fantastic and only overshadowed by the beauty of the apartment itself! It was completely comfortable, warm, and well stocked had we wanted to cook. The views were magnificent and we loved watching the action below late into the evening. Huge bathtubs were a nice plus after long days of chilly site seeing! Highly recommended!!

Great location close to all city centre attractions and bus routes. We had 2 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed. There were only 2 of us - would be ok for a family with small children but 6 adults would be bit tight. At £350 per night, it’s not cheap and there’s not a pretty view from the apartment. But it’s not that type of break. Check-in was fine - be prepared for 15 minute walk from key office to the apartment. Strongly recommend asking people for recommendations such as food, bars, buses, etc. Irish we met were fun and fabulous. And probably the best food in any city - go for independent cafes and restaurants. Plenty of great pubs to choose from (dont stick to Temple Bar).

This apartment was a little difficult to locate for the taxi driver, but once we were in it was marvelous. Two minor faults were the TV didn't work and neither did the washing dryer.

This apartment was in an amazing location, but to get the key its a bit of a hike. The drains in both our bathrooms didn't drain and ended up overflowing the shower. The glass door had been broken previously and a make shift curtain was used with zip ties. The place advertised for 5 people but only provided 4 shower towels. I used them to clean the overflow and did ask for more and why. The reply stated they would bring some by, but they never did.

We booked airport pickup through the unit. A taxi picked us up from the airport, took us to the office for key pickup, then the taxi took us to our flat. The office was a 10-15 min drive from the flat, so this was very convenient. Highly recommend taking advantage of this option. They told us to leave the keys in the apartment which was convenient. We requested a second set of keys which someone brought to the apartment within the hour. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The hot water for the shower was confusing, but the app had video instructions on how to use that and the other parts of the flat. There was a lot of storage space in the bedroom. Nothing for the person on the sofabed though, so his clothes were all over the living room. The sofabed was better than others, but it was still a sofabed. Lots of towels were provided which was a plus. It was in a great location and many restaurants and activities were within walking distance. The listing shows images from all their apartments, so it's hard to tell what you'll get.

It was fine.

The apartment is ideally located, and is well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher etc. It’s functional, if charmless: I could see a group of friends visiting Dublin and going out at night finding it the perfect launching pad. Going to get the key in another location, far from the apartment, is ridiculous and untenable. Every other holiday apartment in the world has something more convenient figured out: even getting the key from a nearby hotel or convenience store. This reflects the general vibe of the company: they are there to provide a material good, not hospitality.

Check in not great.Staff stated a later check in time than advertised and did not give key to check in when ready had to return to office to collect not very helpful.Have to check in at office approx 20min drive from apartment.Booked as advertised parking available but no parking available.Parking can be booked near the office but too much of a walk.Taxi Rank outside apartment and loading bay . Booked with request for bath for disabled chid but no plug.This was rectified quite quickly .Needs some repairs bathroom quite outdated and water timer did not work and had to put on boost to get hot water. Kitchen cabinet door had split in wood and kitchen table leg wobbly.

Check in is terrible. We had to walk quite far with our luggage and 3 children to collect keys from an office in a horrible back street. We were not given the appartment that we booked. It looked nothing like the photos and when I pointed this out i was dismissed and was told it was the same. The blinds were filthy with grease, no curtains in one bedroom and a large hole in the flooring in dining area. It was booked for 5 people and it had beds for 5, but only 4 dining chairs and only room for 3 on the sofa. We did not have hot water and had to wash in cold showers so I rang customer services to ask for maintenance to fix the problem while we were out. When we came back we couldn't take showers as the water was scolding hot! I would never recomend this property. We paid a lot of money for two nights here and it was terrible.

A localização é excelente e o checkin super eficiente. O ruim mesmo é estar em um lugar super frio e não ter água quente em nenhum dos dias para tomar banho. O Buster realmente não funciona e não conseguimos ter água quente pra nada no apartamento. O aquecedor da sala também não funcionou, mas o anfitrião levou um aquecedor portátil. Por ser período de Natal 23 a 26 de dezembro ficamos sem atendimento. Inclusive houve um alarme de incêndio e ninguém fez nada, nós que chamamos e atendemos os bombeiros.
