This hotel has the perfect location in Santa Teresa Gallura, just a few minutes walk to the beach and the main square. The hotel seems new built or newly renovated because both the room and the common areas are fantastic. On top of that we met the most nice and helpful personell! We have stayed in different hotels in Sardinia and this was, with no doubt, the best! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time, very clean and well maintained rooms, the A/C helped a lot with our sleep. Location was perfect, very close to the lovely town centre, also very close to the beach. We highly recommend this hotel, hard to get disappointed :) Also the lady at the reception was very lovely and helpful x

Luma is a beautiful place to stay! Sonja and Marta were both lovely and looked after me well throughout my four-night stay. If you want clean modern with a human touch, this is the place!

I booked this lovely property in the north of Sardinia at the last minute. They were very accommodating and communicated quickly through What's App. A door code is provided with a key at the desk for my room. Generally speaking, there is no staff on the premises except during the breakfast; but again very responsive to texts. I had a little problem with my shower door and they fixed it right away. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I had a little balcony looking out on the street and there was a drying rack as well (helpful for swimwear). Location is very close to the center, walkable to stores and restaurants and beach. Also walked to ferry for Corsica one morning. Parking was easy on the street. Breakfast was delicious with cold and hot foods. They also left some breakfast in my room on the day I had to leave because it was too early for the formal breakfast. I would have loved some coffee packets in my room however. Only tea was provided. I would recommend a stay here as it met all of my needs.

Beautiful! Everything from easy check in, the lovely clean smell when you entered the property, the immaculate room, and small touches. It’s in a perfect location, and we would absolutely go back. We found parking nearby very easily, but might be a problem in peak season.

This has been by far the best B&B I have ever been in Italy. It's new, beautifully decorated. The shower is amazing, big and wonderful, the bed is super comfortable, the room spacious and beautiful. The service is fenomenal, with curated and personalized breakfast that you choose everyday. Martha was wonderful making my delicious breakfast everyday. Sonia at front desk was outstanding, always kind, friendly and available for anything I needed. The beach, 2 minutes walk, restaurants right outside the place, the main plaza couple of blocks away. Love every moment there, I will be back for sure. Thank you, Sonia and Martha.

Wow!! Truly amazing. I had originally booked a 5-star expensive hotel for our honeymoon. It was disappointing and thankfully we found this hotel last minute. They allowed for an early check in. It is spotless! So clean! Everything is new and in perfect condition. It smells amazing. The staff is so friendly and had our breakfast ready every morning. They saw me rushing out one day and packed me breakfast to go. Location is perfect. It’s walkable. In less than 5 minutes you are at the white sand beach and can swim or a several restaurants and shops. We don’t use our car much except to drive to other nearby beautiful beaches. WiFi was fast & the check in process was easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This charming little b&b surpasses expensive hotels we have stayed at in a heartbeat.

It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. When we arrived it was hot, humid and sticky in the room, Sonia said to wait it will cool down with time. When my wife brought it up to her 5 hours later she came over told us to leave and she would give us a refund the next day if we did. Since we booked with Expedia she claimed their office was closed and she couldn’t reach them to refund our money. That was a LIE. I called Expedia and they were open. They called the manager Sonia right in front of my eyes and asked if she would approve the refund. She started playing games saying she didn’t speak English yet she was there with her friend who translated everything to us and was able to translate with Expedia. Sonia refused to give any form of refund even though she took our room keys and spoke to the owner several times on her cell phone ensuring our refund would be approved. We were stuck in the middle of an island we didn’t know, during prime season when all hotels were completely booked. At this time it was getting dark in the evening hours. A complete nightmare you could say. Not a vacation anyone would ever want. BEWARE OF THIS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR VACATION. NONE OF THIS WAS WORTH THE HASSLE.
