I recently had an 11-day stay at the Aiden BestWestern hotel last January. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleaning service. Despite being a modern hotel, the room was only cleaned once during my entire stay, and even then, it wasn't done properly. My partner and I had to take it upon ourselves to clean up after ourselves, including disposing of our own trash.
When I approached the front desk to request cleaning, the staff seemed unsure of the cleaning schedule. This lack of organization and attention to detail was frustrating, especially considering we were paying customers.
In my opinion, the front desk staff could benefit from additional training to improve their customer service skills. As it stands, their lack of care and laziness were thoroughly disappointing. I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues and provide better service to their guests.
