Lo único bueno es la ubicación, la habitación es exageradamente pequeña (que el hotel si especifica el tamaño de la habitación), la ropa de cama estaba rota, reservé en este hotel porque ya no encontraba hospedaje en otro pero definitivamente no vuelvo.

En la descripción del hotel nunca mencionan que la habitación mide 7m Las sábanas estaban sucias , ni limpiaron la habitación .

Drain of shower in the room was blocked and needs clearing. Comfortable room, dark & quiet - spacious enough. Nowhere to hang clothes… Convenient check-in/out.

though the room is extremely small but it was clean and tidy. Not muchh room to move around. Staff is very customer focused. Location is fantastic, close to places to eat and there's an excellent Turkish coffee shop and eatery which one must not miss.

The location and the price were great! However, the fire alarm went off two out of the four mornings I was there, and the air conditioner did not work for one of the days that I was there. Staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean.

Great location. Room was bigger than expected and the bathroom was huge (room 1127). What would have made this even better would have been a bottle of water and a couple of cups (disposable)

The hotels is located in a prime spot right next to the Mandarin Oriental and with Harrods nearby. There is a subway right across the street. But Knightsbridge as an area is not for me. But with that said, you get what you pay for with Zedwell, it’s a hotel for sleeping.

The room itself was fine, no frills but that was expected upon booking. Check-in was super quick and easy which was great, the rooms were super quiet and the location is wonderful. While the mattress was comfy, the bedding was poor and the pillows were uncomfortable / flat and lumpy and the lack of a hairdryer was disappointing. Overall, probably not quite worth the price tag but given the location I understand why they charge it.

We were impressed when we initially arrived. The rooms were compact but we knew that and they were still convenient. However late in the evening on returning from a show, we realised we had no towels. We also realised the bed sheets had alot of stains. We immediately contacted the 24/7 watsapp and the ai response said a member of staff would contact us straight away to resolve. No-one got back to us that evening. When we went down stairs to checkout the lady helping was confused why no one had assisted us, and could see that our messages had been opened in the evening but no one had replied or actioned anything. She said she would go back to her manager but we haven't heard anything since.
