Depending on who you book through, there might be a substantial 'cleaning' deposit required. We were informed of the amount and that it had to be paid online while we were in transit. Luckily, we had a layover that allowed us to do this before arriving at the door. There were problems once we arrived that may have been beyond the control of the owners, such as a last minute requirement to put us in a different unit for one night, but these things can and do happen. The owners were responsive when we contacted them while we were there. The building is in a great location, but beyond that, the rule of travel is that you often get what you pay for.
