Awful. I never got a hotel room. They were extremely rude and turned me away at the door. I notified them by phone in advance that I would be checking in in the morning and they ignored it. If this is not fully refunded to me I will NEVER use hotels.com again. February 15-16,2026 was supposed to be a deluxe king room

Entire floor smelled like cigarettes and weed, moved to a different floor before even entering the room. New room was dirty, wsarn furniture with stains on furniture, holes in the wall, dirty bedspread, and cracks/stains in the bathtub.
