I have some regrets writing this review but it's not why you may be thinking. This place was so nice, so clean and so well managed that I am regretting sharing this information because it's so good, I want to keep it a secret. Selfishly, I don't want anyone messing it up 😆 So please, keep this place as nice as it was when we stayed so that we can enjoy it when we go back! 5 🌟 The Staff was also the best 5 🌟 Highly recommended

Hotel was very beautiful. Simple apartment like residence. Just what I needed as we were traveling with an infant. Full kitchen, comfortable clean sheets. Complementary water bottles, and friendly staff. Views of the sunset were amazing from the 8th floor. My only complaint is…. Since everything is white, and beautiful themed, the bathroom walls could use some extra love as there were make up hand prints near the lights and sink area. That’s my only negative review. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good apartment hotel, new and fresh-ish. Wasn’t as clean as we would have liked but still a great stay. Just a few stray hairs and the toothbrush holder was gross inside, that kind of thing. Didn’t really talk to any staff but the people at the desk were nice. Great having own laundry in the unit. We had a two bedroom apartment, the beds were small, double beds and they have that piece of wood sticking out as the surround which we both promptly kicked our toes the whole stay. Really nothing to complain about it’s a good hotel in a good area and it’s nicely decorated and presented. We would stay here again for sure.

Had a really great stay at Sense28 in Edgewater. It’s more of an apartment-style hotel than a typical hotel, which makes it very comfortable for a few days or even longer. The units are brand new, very spacious, and come with a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the building also has great amenities like a gym and a rooftop pool. Parking in the underground garage and going straight up to your room was also very easy. The location is excellent — very close to Wynwood, Midtown, Downtown, and Brickell, and Miami Beach (South Beach and Mid-Beach) is only a short drive away. There’s also a supermarket directly across the street, which makes everything even easier. Overall a fantastic stay. Highly recommended and honestly better equipped than many regular hotels in the area.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I didn’t even realize we were among the first guests to stay there, which made the experience even more special. The interior is beautiful, the layout is well designed, and the hotel is equipped with everything you need. I really liked that the TV had apps you could browse while relaxing before going out. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. Another big plus was the full kitchen setup — many hotels don’t include things like that, and it really makes the stay feel more like home. The bed was extremely comfortable and honestly felt just like sleeping at home. Parking was easy and convenient. The rooftop pool area is beautiful, and I loved the artwork throughout the hotel. The gym is also great if you want to get in a quick workout. The location is perfect too — it’s easy to walk around the area and grab a Starbucks or other food nearby. I didn’t get a chance to use the coupons that were given to me at check-in, but I’m definitely looking forward to using them the next time I stay here!
