We only had two bath towels, when I asked for more bath towels, wash cloth and hand towels I did not receive any. The TV remote control did not work, when I told employee she said she come and look at it but never did.

The pictures are 10x better than the room we were given. Literally, the worst condition room we have ever stayed in. There is absolutly no way this is a 4.3 star property. 1 star is generous. Floor was sticky, sink didnt drain, shower curtain was slimy. Absolutely terrible.
