Absolutely TERRIBLE. They claim to have parking, but its only about 20 spots and the cars can't get in or out freely without playing puzzle and removing all cars that are blocking the ones in the front, garanteed parking was the only reason we chose this dump. DIRTY! The towels and sheets have stains, the floors are sticky, everything inside the rooms are falling apart, dirty or stained, and I mean everything. The location is terrifying, people defecate and urinate on the streets, the restaurants around the area have roaches, we did not feel safe (pay the extra money and stay elsewhere). The one positive is the breakfast, simple but good.

Passei 4 dias no hotel, e a equipe de limpeza foi apenas 1 vez depois de 3 dias no hotel, isso pq eu tive q implorar para eles irem, falaram q eu q teria q solicitar e mesmo solicitando eles foram no final do dia do 3⁰ dia, depois de eu pedir mais de 5x. Um descaso sem tamanho, além de não irem fui perguntar para um funcionário da noite o mesmo me disse q ele não tinha nada com isso que o turno dele era da noite

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem no Hotel Galícia. O quarto em que fomos acomodados parecia abandonado, estava sujo, com mobília antiga e, para nossa surpresa, havia diversos carrapatos espalhados pelo ambiente. Não conseguimos dormir devido à infestação, e somente na madrugada conseguimos ser transferidos para outro quarto. Infelizmente, este também não estava limpo, mas diante da situação preferimos permanecer nele a voltar para o quarto com carrapatos. Na manhã seguinte, solicitei na recepção um serviço de limpeza, mas fui informado de que não seria possível, pois os funcionários estavam sobrecarregados e, como eu sairia ao meio-dia, não deslocariam alguém para realizar a higienização. Além disso, o café da manhã oferecido tinha pouquíssimas opções, o que reforçou ainda mais a má impressão da hospedagem. A experiência foi extremamente desagradável e não correspondeu às expectativas mínimas de conforto e higiene. Espero que este feedback seja considerado para melhorias urgentes na estrutura e nos serviços oferecidos. Malone

O hotel, em geral, é mal cuidado: instalações dos quartos, mobília, roupa de cama. Os carpetes dos corredores precisam de higienização maior. Elevador não funciona direito. Faltou água na cidade e o hotel não solucionou o problema adequadamente. Os funcionário foram sempre muitíssimo atenciosos e diligentes. Nenhuma reclamação quanto a isso.
