Do not let the four stars fool you because this is NOT a four star hotel, far from it. It is much closer to a 1 star Hostel.
The only good thing we can say about this hotel was that the lobby area looked quite OK, everything else was super old, broken, smelly, moldy. The AC in our first room was broken and the bed was so soft you basically went down to the floor. We changed rooms. In the next room the AC/heater was so noisy we could not use it, there was a terrible smell of mold, the window did not close properly, there was no working ventilation, the "door" to the room was so thin and warped that you could hear everything (yes, everything) from the rooms around you and from the hallway.
There was also no hot water most of the time and when we finally did get some hot water there was NO water pressure.
There was no water bottles in the room and the front desk refused to provide any when we asked, instead they told us to go buy it at some shop. At 23.00 / 11pm on a Saturday night. Thanks!
We wanted to leave the same night we checked in but were so tired from traveling that we had to wait until morning. Which was not pleasant as the beddings felt very very dirty. Yuck!
Oh and yes, the internet / Wifi was so bad it was completely unusable.
We booked another hotel the next morning and checked out. The hotel refused to cancel the stay but we reached an agreement with Hotels.com instead, and that we will dispute the charge with American Express.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
