Great hotel in Rio...

I had a great stay in this hotel . The complimentary breakfast was great and the hotel staff are welcoming and accommodating as well. The neighborhood at night isn't as ideal but the hotel is well worth the stay. I was able to go to all the tourist attractions easily via public transportation and at night the bus was close to the hotel as well. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Ok so i stayed in this property for 10 nights. I must say the staff went above their service to say it is a 2 or 3 star hotel. My room was cleaned everyday sometimes i did not even ask and it was still cleaned with new beddings each day. You dont even get this type of service in a 4 star sometimes. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful all the time. Welldone to the cleaners who cleaned my room everyday. Yes outside the location is not very friendly as homless and drug users are sleeping avross the road however they caused no harm or any inconvienice to me.

The rooms were filthy with stains and hair everywhere, the shower head had mold all in it, we walked around bare foot for merely minutes and the soles of our feet were black. The room was so bad we had to leave and find somehwere new. The only thing good about this place was the front desk workers as they were nice but I would not not recommended this place to anyone.

I liked Vanessa, the front desk girl I checked in with. But this hotel cost me a lot more than it should have, even with Carnaval going on. The rock hard bed and pillow caused issues with my back, shoulders, neck and jaw. The door doesn't lock from the inside from what I saw. It was quieter than other places I stayed in and in a good location though. The AC system doesn't work properly, so my room was either too hot or too cold (when it was on)

A localização não é muito boa, principalmente à noite. A região fica bem movimentada, com bastante gente na rua, festas, bebados e moradores de rua, o que passa uma sensação de insegurança. O estacionamento também é ruim, basicamente um terreno de terra, sem estrutura nenhuma. O quarto até estava ok, mas o box vazou e acabou alagando o banheiro todo, o que incomodou bastante. O café da manhã foi bom. No geral, não ficaria novamente, principalmente por causa da localização e do estacionamento.

Falam no check-in que se deixar pra pagar na hora é 54,00pagando antes 26,00. Sem contar que pedi para colocarem meia garrafa de café e xobrar um valor justo a moças queria cobrar o valor por xícara. Não recomendo nem a um inimigo.
