There was a problem with the room's air conditioner; it was leaking a lot of water. They only fixed it, but the problem persisted and wasn't resolved. We asked to change rooms, but they refused! Also, the swimming pool was unclean, and the water was very murky, unfit for human use. I don't recommend it.

Ficamos num quarto sem visao escuro ao lado dos elevadores que fazem muito barulho o ar condicionado estava estragando fazia um barulhao ligado junto com o motor dele estalado na janela que por serto era prasr estaladoem cima do predii o café bem simples sem muita variedades o saguao pequeno sem um cafezinho para servir os clientes a sauna da picina encardida taboas no chao da piscina soltas enfim não voltarei lá

O hotel tem bons quartos, atendimento bom, instalações semi-novas, porém ficamos sem elevador por mais de 12 horas por causa da falta de energia e mesmo quando voltou não funcionaram. As piscinas precisam de manutenção urgente e uma boa limpeza. O local é perto da praia e de fácil acesso.

O atendimento é bom, gostamos. Café da manhã repetitivo com poucas opções e não condiz com as fotos, assim como os outros espaços que não condiz 100% com as fotos, parecem estar desatualizados. Sem condições em pagar 120 reais para usar o estacionamento que fica no próprio hotel, onde o ticket já informa que não se responsabilizam pelos pertences deixados no veículo sendo que eles quem guarda e retira o veículo, o veículo fica com um mal cheiro de cigarro terrível todas as vez que íamos usar, isto foi inaceitável. Muito barulho em algumas noites. Ficamos constrangidos em usar a piscina pois as outras pessoas que estavam, ficaram com comentários ao nosso respeito, por ser em outra língua, pensou que não entendíamos, e ficavam com bagunça em um ambiente que é compartilhado. Não tinha nem água no frigobar. Ducha não mantinha a temperatura, tempo todo tinha que ficar regulando.

Nos colocaram em um quarto pequeno que chegava a ser claustrofóbico, com cheiro de mofo, não aceitaram realizar troca do quarto, na recepção, cobranca de taxas além do que ja tinha sido informado. Grosseria por parte de um dos manobristas, cobraram duas vezes o valor do informado pois a garagem é terceirizada, e o manobrista permanece escorado enquando arrumamos as malas no carro. Passamos 2 dias. Estadia foi tranquila, porem a maioria dos quartos ficam voltados para o vão central sem nenhuma vista, o que deixa meio desconfortável. Café da manhã variado, com fluxo grande de pessoas, principalmente gringos e excursões, a vezes faltam reposições de utensílios e alimentos. Após o check-out deixamos a bagagem guardada no maleiro do hotel enquanto aguardavamos o check-in em outro lugar. Em relação ao transporte, há muitos "uber" particulares proximos que cobram mais caros que pelo app.
