The actual stay went ok. Quick and easy check in, Comfortable night's sleep, refreshing shower in the morning, quick and easy check out. On arriving home, I realised I'd left my phone charger plugged into the wall socket in my hotel room. I responded to a post stay email from the hotel to advise them of this. The reply gave me a phone number to call, but instead I found an alternative email address. I got a reply advising a charger had been logged as found, but requesting type of charger to confirm. I responded with the make and colour without response. I chased this up with a further email, but still no reply. Eventually I used the phone number I'd been given and explained everything only to be told I was talking to another hotel and they'd transfer me. After repeating my story I but the person I was speaking to knew nothing. I referred to the email exchange and was told Courtney, who'd sent the email, was due at work within the hour, and would call me. This was almost 24hrs ago and no call received. I'm down a charger and I know I left it at The Orchard, £40+ to replace. Where is it? Who's got it?
