Esperava mais, ficou a desejar nos seguintes itens: não dispõe de gelo, uma máquina de gelo hoje em dia, custa uma merreca, colocasse ao menos uma lá embaixo, na recepção. Não dispõe, em todo o hotel, de um simples abridor de vinhos; não há taças no hotel, a moça da recepção (atenciosa) até largou seu posto, para procurar taças e um modesto saca rolhas. Tive que sair do hotel para comprar gelo e passar num restaurante para que abrissem nossa garrafa de vinho. Ficam as dicas.

Confesso que esperava mais do hotel e saí realmente decepcionada. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e solícitos, o que foi um ponto positivo. No entanto, a equipe era bastante reduzida — praticamente havia apenas uma pessoa na recepção para atender a quase tudo. Sentimos falta, por exemplo, de alguém responsável pela manutenção. O tamanho do apartamento era ótimo, porém tudo parecia muito antigo e com manutenção bastante precária, especialmente os vasos sanitários. Ao chegarmos ao hotel, nos deram um quarto em que a descarga não funcionava. Informaram que era “assim mesmo”, que era preciso manter o botão pressionado até o final para a água subir, o que na prática não funcionou. Achei muito desagradável ficar em um quarto nessas condições: a descarga não funcionava, não havia box no banheiro — apenas uma cortina de plástico — e o assento do vaso sanitário estava totalmente descascado. Reclamamos e fomos transferidos para outro quarto um pouco melhor, que ao menos tinha box e a descarga funcionava, embora ainda apresentasse aparência antiga. Também senti falta de um secador de cabelos no banheiro e fui informada de que era necessário buscá-lo na recepção. Pegamos o secador, mas no meio da secagem ele simplesmente parou de funcionar. Tivemos que descer novamente para pegar outro, que também não funcionou no quarto. Foi então que percebemos que todas as tomadas haviam parado de funcionar, além de haver um cheiro de queimado no apartamento. Não havia ninguém da manutenção ...

O apto que me foi dado, tive que mudar na mesma noite. Sai, qdo voltei tinha baratas pela cozinha e banheiro. Me acomodaram em outro apartamento, cuja descarga do vaso sanitário, estava enroscada, arrumei,pois o funcionário da recepção informou que só poderiam resolver no outro dia. O café da manhã é fraquíssimo, tanto que paguei junto com as diárias e somente tomei um dia. Em resumo, nunca mais ficarei hospedado neste hotel, caiu e muito a qualidade e higiene
