Great location, convenient and clean. Very spacious rooms and staff was friendly and accommodating. Can be loud at night since right downtown and across from El Patio, but that comes with the territory! Bathrooms worked well - good water pressure, hot water and working toilet. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

I stayed here five nights because I wanted to be close to the excitement of the island and centrally located to catch sunrises on the Caribbean Coast and also have a quick walk to the beaches. It was perfect for all that, and I personally never minded the five-minute walks to the beaches, and no matter which way you went there were things to see along the way. My room was in the front, and as advertised, it will be loud in the evenings! El Patio is directly across the street. I actually enjoyed hearing the live music when I was in my room in the evening, as for this part of a trip, I was looking for that lively vibe!

Ended up staying here two times on my trip. Loved the location and the the rooms were very clean. It’s located in the middle of the village with walking distance to the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed for 4 nights the room as microwave, coffee machine and fridge the also supply 2 plastic utensils of each also 2 plates, cups and bowls as a nice deck a little table with 2 chairs the wifi works well and the place is super clean the water pressure is not strong and it takes a while for the hot water in the shower to show up I only used hot water when taking a shower and it wasn’t that hot.

Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable.

Walking distance to play Norte you on the street for night and entertainment price is very good no complain you gotta remember this is how do buildings close to the ocean and you know I’m happy come back next year

The room was very clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great. Walkable to all amenities. We found the bed to hard for our liking. We had a couple of water issues. No hot water one day and no water for most of one day. This was fixed in a timely manner.

The staff was friendly. Overall a nice hotel. The heat in the lobby was a bit much. They gave us the choice of a front or rear room in case we wanted a quiet room (rear) we took the rear room and it was still very loud. The ac took a few hours to cool the room down. Then you had to turn it off when leaving for the day and go through the cool down process again. I would recommend taking some doggie poo bags for your used toilet paper as you can’t flush the toilet paper.
