"My stay at AVA Resort Cancun was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the resort's beautiful design, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. The property is stunning, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, and every detail reflects a commitment to luxury and guest satisfaction. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and exceptional service. Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal exceeded expectations. The pools, entertainment, and overall facilities were equally impressive, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of the vacation. What truly made this stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help, creating a memorable experience from start to finish. I would especially like to recognize bartenders Kax and Senerias. Their outstanding service, positive energy, and attention to detail made a huge difference during our stay. They consistently prepared excellent drinks, remembered our preferences, and always greeted us with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made every visit to the bar enjoyable and memorable. AVA Resort Cancun delivers a world-class experience through its beautiful accommodations, excellent food, fantastic amenities, and exceptional staff. A special thank you to Kax and Senerias. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning."

Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The food at all of the restaurants was very good and we didn't have a bad meal at any of them. However, the poolside food options are limited and they do run out of food regularly. They also ran out of alcohol in multiple brands/types and on multiple days, which is not good for an all inclusive resort. Staff was very nice, rooms were clean and well done, but room service takes hours and they forgot my drinks twice. They do not refill the mini bar in your room without you having to ask and they do not provide any snack food in the rooms which was a first for me at any all inclusive. The 3 different pools with two of them being on the roof were well done. The entertainment on the property was middle of the road compared to other resorts and the property is right next to a open park area with open beach access so the beach is filled with more locals and not so private. I do not plan on going back to this resort again as I think their are better options for the price."

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

"My family and I have traveled extensively around the world, and our experience with the staff at Occidental was, without a doubt, the most disappointing we have ever encountered. The staff exhibited a notable lack of customer service skills, empathy, and enthusiasm, which significantly diminished our overall enjoyment of the stay. After five years of anticipation for this vacation, we were excited to be here; however, our experience was a complete disaster from beginning to end. The claims of an "all-inclusive" experience were misleading, as we were limited to enjoying only one upscale restaurant—the steakhouse. Although we received a reservation at the French restaurant, which was truly exceptional, we were unprepared for the additional charge of $35 per person, especially since we had been led to believe we could dine at eleven different restaurants. The property employs hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals, yet during our stay, we had the opportunity to interact with only five exemplary employees. Unfortunately, the majority of staff members were rude, dismissive, unaccommodating, and displayed a lack of professionalism."
