"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. It was a great destination for families, with fantastic food choices and friendly, helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our vacation. We especially enjoyed visiting the restaurants, the pools were a lot of fun, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the lobby washrooms were consistently spotless. My only criticism is regarding the children’s water play area. I think the lifeguard could be utilized more effectively. They remained stationed in one specific area but would blow the whistle and become frustrated when parents jumped in to help their young children. Any parent is naturally going to react immediately if they believe their child needs assistance. I would also encourage the resort to address the artificial turf in the children’s area. It becomes extremely hot in the sun with little warning and can easily burn bare feet. I witnessed several children freeze and scream from the heat, including my own three-year-old. We both burned the bottoms of our feet and needed to ice them afterward. Some warning signage or cooling measures would help prevent this from happening to other families. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would happily recommend the resort to other families."

"This resort was the most incredible experience that my partner and I have ever had! The staff was so nice spoke perfect English, and always had a smile on their face. The resort was immaculate. The pools were pristine. The food was top-tier. The service wherever you go on the property was top-notch wherever you go on the property you are waited on by a waiter. The activities in the shows were awesome! The restaurants on the property were beautiful! All of the staff all the resort were phenomenal, but a few names to mention that we’re above and beyond for us and felt like friends and family: Daniel & Marco (Hibachi) Pablo (bartender) Jorge (waiter) Alba (waitress) Misael (Sports bar) Maria (lobster house) We will definitely be revisiting this resort and other excellence resorts very soon!"
