En general, tuve una muy buena estancia. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para descansar después de un día recorriendo Monterrey. La cama es cómoda, tiene ventanas amplias que permiten una buena entrada de luz natural, aire acondicionado, televisión por cable, agua caliente y amenidades básicas como shampoo, jabón y toallas limpias. No es una habitación de lujo, pero sí un espacio funcional y cómodo para descansar entre cada salida a conocer la ciudad. Uno de sus mayores puntos fuertes es la ubicación. Se encuentra en pleno corazón de Monterrey, a unas calles del Barrio Antiguo, la Macroplaza y con una estación del Metro muy cerca, lo que facilita recorrer prácticamente cualquier punto de la ciudad sin necesidad de usar automóvil. El hotel ocupa un edificio histórico con mucho encanto y una arquitectura que vale la pena apreciar. Aunque algunas áreas muestran el paso del tiempo y podrían recibir un mejor mantenimiento, esto no afectó mi estancia. El único detalle que encontré fue que la señal de Wi-Fi no llegaba bien hasta mi habitación, que estaba ubicada al fondo del edificio. Cuando necesitaba trabajar o subir contenido, tenía que hacerlo desde el lobby, donde la conexión funcionaba perfectamente. Considero que es un inconveniente específico de esa zona del hotel y no un problema general. En conjunto, me pareció una excelente opción por su ubicación, comodidad y relación calidad-precio. Lo recomendaría especialmente a quienes buscan un lugar bien conectado p

El hotel no es 100% familiar, está totalmente descuidado, huele mal a descuido, "viejo", el internet solo funciona en el área de recepción, la señal de TV va y viene (eso dijeron) tardanza en asignación de habitación y para acabar, con un colchón inservible, duro y con los resortes a punto de salir... Lamentable el trato que recibí de parte del hotel me negaron el uso del internet en zonas comunitarias, me dijeron que tenían unestacionamiento pequeño y que no entraba mi camioneta y tuve que pagar estacionamiento aparte por ellos me lo negaron y tenían un amplio estacionamiento de verdad que nunca había tenido una experiencia así en un hotel en todo el tiempo que he estado como usuario de esta aplicación. El peor servicio de hoteles en el país está ahí. Nada recomendable Si pueden eviten hospedarse ahí

El lugar tiene un estacionamiento muy amplio y fácil de encontrar un lugar con entrada y salida en cualquier momento. La recepción y el servicio es agradable. Las condiciones del hotel pueden mejorar, es un hotel antiguo y dentro de las habitaciones puede mejorar la limpieza. Un punto negativo es que tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente (sí hay y muy bien, pero tarda) y se desperdician muchos litros de agua. TV por cable.
