I loved staying at this hotel, great location the amenities. The employees made us feel welcome at all times, they gave us great attention, service, super kind employees, great food, music and great vibe to party. My only complaint was the bath towels, it was very rough and that the hotel doesn’t have hotel shuttle. Other than that, it’s a great place. I would stay here again!

We had 3 ocean view balcony rooms, which were great. Two were not ready upon our arrival but they upgraded two of the rooms immediately--to an ocean view suite with living and bedroom spaces. The spa had a great menu of offerings of which we took advantage of as well. All great. The staff was friendly and very accommodating--providing directions, offering drinks, etc. We purchased the preferred status which allowed us exclusive access to quality drinks, an all-day buffet, specialty pool/beach access and coupons for spa services. The resort had a handful of restaurants for your choosing on a daily basis and there was always entertainment including a sunset mariachi dinner on Friday night. We'd stay at the Dreams Sands Cancun again.

The food was not good as they did have everything but just not the food I was wanting every day the wait for dinner way 1.5 hours just to get a small pice of steak and was not enough the staff was amazing but don’t like how they want you to go over to one of there sister hotel and sign up for stuff and they say 90 mins but it took us 4.5 hours and didn’t buy into it. What a joke… I ocean view was beautiful and it’s very clean drinks was great !!!! It was in a great location could walk to town and shops

Great stay! All staff members were extremely friendly. Shout out to Abraham and Andy at El Patio, amazing dining experience and shoutout to Isaac at the preferred beach area. Went as a solo female traveler and I felt very safe. Food was good and numerous options, beach absolutely stunning! And the room with ocean front balcony was the way to go. Will stay again. Thank you all for the wonderful stay!
