Minha experiência no hotel começou de forma extremamente frustrante. Na primeira noite fui colocada em um quarto antigo, com cheiro forte de esgoto, banheiro com aparência de sujo, móveis quebrados, cadeira enferrujada, geladeira e ar-condicionado que fizeram barulho a noite toda — além do mau cheiro que me impediu de dormir. No dia seguinte, precisei esperar o gerente chegar para tentar resolver a situação, o que me fez chegar atrasada a um evento corporativo. Após todo esse desgaste, fui transferida para um quarto que correspondia às fotos divulgadas, limpo e confortável. Apesar de a situação ter sido resolvida depois da minha reclamação, a impressão que fica é que o hotel inicialmente acomoda os hóspedes em quartos sem condições adequadas, trocando apenas quando há queixa. Gostaria de poder fazer uma avaliação positiva, pois as duas noites seguintes foram boas, mas a primeira impressão foi de descaso e falta de cuidado com o cliente. Tirei fotos apenas do primeiro quarto, infelizmente devido a correria nao tirei fotos do segundo quarto, mas asseguro que existem quartos iguais ao site.

Acomodação

A localização é excelente porém vou da uma dicas de melhorias: a academia é junto com um espaço de trabalho, reuniões, o que dificulta a escuta nas reuniões, deveria ter uma porta separando os dois ambientes, a academia e bem pequena também. Os quartos estavam com um pouco cheiro de mofo e encontramos baratinhas e formiga na maioria das vezes. A acústica entre um quarto e outro poderia melhorar também pois haviam vizinhos de quarto conversando muito alto o que dava pra ouvir. Os funcionários são educados

Bela vista, quarto problemático

A vista era bonita, café da manhã ótimo porém tivemos problemas na nossa acomodação. Os móveis eram velhos e já estavam se desfazendo, para utilizar o chuveiro ou a pia precisava ligar o registro geral do lado de fora do box que quando ligado saia muita água do chuveiro mesmo com ele desligado. Na parte da limpeza sempre nos deixavam toalhas de banho a menos mesmo estando em quarto com 3 camas de solteiro, também nunca deixavam toalha de rosto e piso do banheiro, tinhamos que pedir toda vez. Para ajudar o telefone do quarto não funcionava então tinhamos que descer até a recepção.
