The doors auto lock after 11pm. Used phone to call front desk 50+ times. I could see the desk from entrance. No one around. No one answering. Had to wake someone else in the room to come down. Doors were locked form is wide as well. She rang desk bell a few times until a staff finally came out from back office. 100% he was sleeping. He had to unlock door in 2 places which I feel was a huge fire hazard. When I voiced my disgust with the situation he stared at me blankly. Then to top of off the smoke detector in the room started low battery beeping at 7am. Lovely.
Thankfully spoke with manager in the morning and she was wonderful. Horrified that I had been kept outside for 45 minutes at 1am. Room was free.
