Cuando ise mi reservación escribí que era para 5 personas cuando llegamos aya solo era para dos personas nos cobraron extra por cada persona y extra por el parkeo y pagamos extra por q nos dieran el cuarto al llagar para mi opinión no creo volver a ese lugar lo siento ! Pero para una noche es difícil conseguir avitaciones . Aveces no hay opción . Deberían de tener más inf de las reglas y los extra pagos .

The room was clean, the towels were worn out and not enough for everyone, the exterior was deteriorated, the reception staff was not friendly, they charged me a $17 tax (for making the reservation at Expedia) and did not give me parking. I will never stay there again. The location is good but I find it very expensive for what it offers

I wish I could say more good things about this property. For the price that we paid I wish I’ve gotten more. It was right on the beach, which was nice. But the open hallways were so loud through all hours of the night. The rooms were very dark and closed in. It’s in a great location. I will say that.

Once at the hotel to check in, we were told it would be an additional fees 60 per night for our small dog) then $17 a day for parking plus $20 to check in 1.5 hours early. it would have been nice to know it was going to be 85 extra per day on top of what I already paid for the room!!!

When checking in we struggled to find where to park to check in. Parking is 2 blocks from motel so we had to pack our luggage and everything with us for 2 blocks. Then woke up next morning with a call saying we was in wrong parking lot and if we didnt move they was towing our car. Which was told that was right parking lot. Then staff was very unhelpful and motel was ran down and dirty. When got in bed the sheets were sandy. The pullout bed was dirty. They charged once there a property fee which I dont understand because nothing was extra nor worth a fee and any extra parking ticket was 50 dollars a night. Just alot of money for what we got

Not the best experience. Bed was hard as a rock and the ac was not cooling the room. Tv was stuck on the Disney channel. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

This has the potential to be a nice place, however I feel the staff doesn’t clean like they should. The reviews showed clean bathrooms, but there was nothing clean about ours. It also shows parking available, but doesn’t mention it is $30 a day or two blocks away. The location is nice, but that’s it, Beds are really small. My hubby is 6’ and his feet hung off the bed. Mattresses are hard and killed my back and hips after one night, I don’t normally complain, but if I’m paying $600 a night I expect a little better quality.

The person at the front desk was rude to everything I asked. They charged me $35 for parking and I had to park three blocks away. There's no elevator, not all the rooms face the beach, and the hotel structure is old and rusty.

My flight was cancelled and this was the only place available. Booking on hotels.com was seamless. The front desk was nice and personable…. Our room was on the second floor, very narrow stairs and no elevator. The room seemed clean but had a strange smell, dry wall patch needed in the bathroom, stain on the floor, a little dated… the area is great in the day lots to do and explore, but at night the crowds at the nearby establishment are loud ( hotel can’t control that) . Overall this wouldn’t be my first choice, but if you need a place to stay close to the beach this is a good place. The price was a little outrageous for what you get, but that could be the last minute booking
