This was a great location to both the national park and to Estes Park. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxing with the balcony overlooking the stream. We had a herd of Elk wander through the resort right across from our room. There were many Marmots wandering through the resort. I would definitely stay there again.

What a quaint, adorable place! It was like having our own apartment complete with a kitchen, dining area, and living space. Grounds were well kept up and the cabin was extremely clean. We loved how close it was located to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We would definitely stay here again! Had to laugh - they have these deer statues around the property and every time we came in or left, we thought for a second they were real!😂

Great location. Beautiful place right along the river. Quiet area with no issues. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend staying in one of the cabins. Perfect if you want to cook rather than eat out every meal. No carpet so recommend bringing slippers. The property is outside of town but minutes to everything you want to do in Estes Park.

The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby.
