Wonderful stay!

Very friendly staff, very good service especially to the guy who met us at reception, carried our luggages, served us breakfast and gave my kids the valentine day balloons. My kids really love those balloons! Hotel is clean, family-friendly, nicely decorated, good location, free parking and the breakfast menu is really wonderful!

Die Qualität des Basiszimmers war unzureichend (Defekte Möbel, Müll von früheren Gästen unter dem Bett, schmutziges Geländer). Seifen, Shampoo usw. waren genügend vorhanden. Der komplette Spa-Bereich kann nicht ohne vorherige Reservation und Stundenabrechnung (ca. 50 Euro/h) benutzt werden.

Zimmer sehr klein und Nachts sehr laut. Wir mussten um 05:00 Uhr Morgens aufstehen um unseren Flieger zu bekommen und bis 03:00 Uhr war eine sehr laute Party im Gange. Hotel nicht zu empfehlen

we were pretty late the first name and the guy at the front desk was pretty useless, he barely said two words to us, no information about the area, hotel or even the password. the next 2 days were a lot better, the rest of the staff was great, breakfast was amazing and the maid was SO KIND. She was sweet enough to do my laundry after my daughter threw up on our clothes (free of charge).

Ups and Downs...

The location of this hotel is a little sketchy and rundown, but don't let this deter you. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely. The downside comes with the overall attitude to service and hospitality. The shower was completely covered with body fat/dirt/grease, giving an overall orange and nasty feel to the bathroom. Our room had a glass panel over the top of the desk which had a chip on one side, and a large crack on the other side. Very dangerous, I actually caught my hand on the side at one point. When we mentioned this to the front of house team they told us that the knew about it, but it hadn't been fixed yet. It blows my mind that they could leave sharp edged, broken glass in a hotel room knowingly! It doesn't take fixing, it needs taking off and replacing when they can. The hotel has a steam room and jacuzzi in a small spa area underneath the building. It's a very pleasant area however the water was cold when we went, so we couldn't stay in the jacuzzi. There was also confusion about the payment for this service, in the room is stated 130 lei, whereas downstairs they were charging 200 lei. Overall, a lovely hotel, in an interesting part of town, despite this it's a great spot for exploring the parks in the south of the city, and a short distance to the old town.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, the food was really nice. Staff were very friendly and would help as much as they could. The only thing the room was missing for me was tea and coffee making facilities.

Cosy, boutique hotel that serves as a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bucharest. About 15 minutes or so walk to the Old Town via the water fountains so you have to know your way back from the centre. Room was retro and comfortable. Recommended.

Great hotel. Stored luggage while we were on another trip for a couple of days. Everything you need in the room including refrigerator. Great resturant. Very accommodating staff. Will definitely stay again if we ever return.

Lijepo uređen objekt. Dobra povezanost s javnim prijevozom do centra grada. U blizini i stanica za transfer do aerodroma. Doručak poslužuju po narudžbi, vrlo ukusno. Osoblje ne govori dobro engleski pa je otežana komunikacija ako treba informacija.

Started off so well. The two lady receptionist were very friendly and helpful. But on the last night, without warnings, there was a wedding party - an extremely loud one! As i had a 2am flight i asked the man on the front desk when it would end. He couldnt hear me over the noise and was also extremely rude. He said it would end around 10pm and that it was still early. I chose this hotel for it quietness. I was so disappointed by his reaction

Nettes Hotel in der Nähe vom Zwntrum, das zu Fuß erreichbar bist. Gutes Frühstück und Möglichkeit auch das Dampfbad und den Whirlpool zu nutzen. Allerdings nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten kostenlos nutzbar. Service könnte etwas flotter sein, dann wäre es Spitze.

Pleasant

Nice and quiet hotel with a very good standard. Most of the employees were polite and helpful, but some were grumpy all the time. Good breakfast and restaurant. Huge room with comfortable beds and pillows. The only complain is that we announced them since the first day that our minibar wasn't working in our room and they kept promising us that someone would come and fix it but it never happened. But they offered us the chance to keep something in the kitchen fridge.

Siisti, viihtyisä hotelli, kuin kaunis keidas keskellä muuten melko rähjäisenoloista asuinaluetta. Huone oli tilava ja kauniisti sisustettu, nukkumapaikkoja oli neljä, ja huoneessa oli oma parveke. Wi-Fi toimi moitteettomasti. Edulliseen hintaan sisältyi loistava a la carte -aamiainen. Hotellin yhteydessä oli myös ravintola mutta sitä emme aamiaista lukuunottamatta ehtineet testata. Pihalla oli viihtyisä, suojaisa terassi, jossa joimme illalla lasilliset. Parlamenttipalatsi, historiallinen keskusta ja muut oleelliset nähtävyydet olivat vain pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Ehdottomasti tulisin toistekin, ei mikään tusinahotelli.

Nettes Hotel ohne viel Luxus

Die Lage ist gut, Nahe dem Stadtzentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Schade gibt es keinen Zimmerservice, da die Minibar nicht vollständig war. Es ist ein nettes Hotel ohne viel Luxus. Das Personal ist unterschiedlich, teilweise sehr nett, teilweise etwas wenig hilfsbereit. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Toll ist auch, dass es viele Steckdosen im Zimmer hatte.

Nice stylish boutique hotel

Nice boutique hotel in a quieter neighborhood. Not far from public transportation to get you into old town and we even walked the entire way one evening. The included breakfast with our booking was very nice. Only a little confusion for us when wait staff told us we had to pay for it after we checked out of hotel, just communication issue. They kept our luggage all day on last day, no charge.
