I've stayed here for years and it's a staple of my visits to the Putnam County area. It's in close proximity to Fishkill and Peekskill depending on my needs. The people who run it are always so nice and I've always enjoyed my stays here.

Staff was great hotel was dated. Small but clean. Could use counter space in the bathroom. No ac or thermostat but it was warm considering it was cold out. Heat unit was louder than expected but not bad. Decent accommodation considering the price.

A quick overnight, only stayed for less than 10 hours.. properly is nice but a bit tired.. found the whirlpool in the room a bit strange but all I needed was a sleep and the bed was comfortable enough.. fur the price paid was worth the overnight

I chose Countryside Motel after reading several of the reviews, which I found to be very accurate. I found the family/staff to be very helpful and friendly, my room was very clean, and offered all that I needed for my stay. A wonderful restaurant was directly across the street, and the owners were also very friendly and helpful.

This is always my choice when I'm in the fish. Kill duchess Putnam County area. It's easily accessible. It's simple and it meets my needs. The staff is always very pleasant and it's quite affordable

Outdated and tired, but clean and functional (ok, the carpet was dirty, but that's true almost everywhere) Tub in bedroom (not part of the bathroom) Air conditioning worked well. No outlet was convenient to use.

I have to say they exceeded my expectations. It's a very simple roadside motel, no-frills place to sleep. With that said, they get the job done very well. Very comfortable bed, working air conditioning, hot shower. What more do you need? The person checing me in was friendly and everything I needed worked. Have to highlight the mattress, was worried it might be bad, but they made good choices and had two great nights of sleep. Great value for the area.

We received an “upgrade” so the room was spacious however it is very old. There were several stray hairs in the bathroom and it seemed as if someone with children lived above the room we were in. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and kind. This is absolutely a motel with little to no amenities or modernization, but it’s priced accordingly so be aware, you are getting what you pay for.

Room didn tlook like photos on website. mgmgt offered me a room located over a liquor store not park of the main property of the motel. Took awile for the ac unit to cool the room. it was an older model a/c unit but when i came back to the room hours after turning it on it was nice and cool in the room. Bed was clean shower was clean for the price it was okay.

My husband Randy stayed at the hotel for pleasure. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. It was quiet during the evening hours and it was convenient to restaurants and shops. The price was very good compared to all the other hotels.
