I booked the trip for my honeymoon 3-4 months in advance at the Hilton through Hotel.com. The day after my wedding, They called me and said there is no room available for me at the hotel so they send me to another hotel instead. The bed was so bad that my husband and I was arguing on our honeymoon. We both have a bad back problem the beds is not helping us. I woke up at 5 am and can't sleep anymore. We both have to take 2 aleve for 2 days that's we stayed there. I had been Hotel.com customer for so long and this is given me a really bad experience.
