This is the first time I have ever written a hotel review. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I simply cannot let this slide. First of all, the sewage smell in the whole room was unbearable, to the point where it gave me a headache. It wasn't just at certain times; the awful stench persisted throughout the entire day. Secondly, there was zero response from the hotel no matter how many messages I sent. If there is no front desk, I believe they should at least be responsive online. I asked a question unrelated to the smell, but received no reply during my entire 2-night stay. The service is truly terrible. I absolutely do not recommend this place and strongly advise you to avoid it.
