The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located close to restaurants and booking offices for tours and transportation. I only stayed in Pakse for one night to catch a bus into Vietnam the next morning. The room was spacious, with a large kind size bed, cable, air conditioning, hot water, etc.
The only negatives- WiFi didn’t work in the room. However the connection was great in the lobby/restaurant area as well as outside. Also, in the night the water stopped working but it was too late for for me to get them to fix it. I was able to get some water from the drinking station to brush my teeth/wash face, but it would have been nice to have a hot shower!
All in all, I would recommend this place to stay. They have just recently opened and it was very comfortable and a great price.
