We staying in the 1 bedroom(duplex type house), was perfect for 2 Adults and possible 1 child on the comfy sofa. We received a call to confirm our arrival, as it was just before the holiday (I thought that was nice of them). The directions were confusing to us, so we drove around arguing and re-reading until we finally figured out where to turn. The bed was less desirable, like a fold up roll away bed with wheels, but the fact that it was right on the water made up for it! You can rent, pontoon, boats, jet skis and even kayaks. (next time for sure!) The place had a picnic table, recommend taking comfy camping chairs, float with rope and a swim suit(wish we had)there is a post to tie to, so you can relax and not get swept away. Each place has a outside bbq pit and a mini refrig inside, so a small cooler might also be warranted. There is also a swimming pool nearby. There is NO WiFi- which was scary at first(no phone calls) but it was actually a distressing blessing! There is a window unit in the living room that works pretty good although airflow was minimal to the bedroom and worse if you closed the bedroom door (so you don't have to hear the hubby and TV) bring ear plugs. lol All in all I think it was an amazing cozy remote spot for some rest and relaxation! And better than a regular hotel room. And for the price, you just can't beat it! Definitely recommending and will return!
