The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. I truly believe the place has a lot of potential, if looked after and displayed in an inviting manner and being considerate. Breakfast is not offered by the owner and can be ordered through the owner and it gets delivered to the cottage. Stunning sunset from the deck of the cottage. So all in all - lots of potential - I truly believe, it needs more passion for hosting people and not just running a place to make money from tourists and travelers.
