6/10 Bueno

Recommended but a couple suggestions
Overall, the room was generally great. tastefully done, and offers a nice breakfast. That being said, the check-in experience could have been smoother.
Every person who travels should always plan to learn some of the language in order to communicate with locals, but it could also be said that hotels, especially those receiving foreign guests, should staff the reception area with people who have multilingual skill sets.
In the case of this hotel, there were no English, Russian, or additional language speakers available, which made the check in more difficult. I do not believe Turkish is a language people can easily learn, especially if only for 1 day. Moreover, the process for paying is so universal, that the amount of difficulty getting this process complete is something they should refine. Is the expectation that someone should learn Turkish for one day of travel in a city? That seems a bit extreme and counter to most hotels accepting international travelers. And since the process did not include any overt way to find a 3rd language, I feel the process proved to be more difficult than necessary.
Other than that, the hotel is fantastic, well renovated, and in an ideal location. Breakfast is good too. I would still recommend the place, but I would encourage people to learn a little Turkish and perhaps, the staff to work on including more multilingual workers to make the process smoother.
