"The property is clean and stylish and very central to the old town. The price is cost effective too. However, I found the owner to be awkward, rude, unfriendly and uncommunicative - I wouldn't say that should put you off booking but just be warned you will be dealing with someone who really isn't a "people person". "This is a great place to stay in Lecce. The hotel is very modern and clean. The reception staff is excellent and they speak perfect English. The room was spacious and very functional. The breakfast was very good and the staff serving the coffees and teas were very efficient. Most importantly, there is plenty of parking on the property and there is no charge for it. This hotel is easy to find getting in to Lecce and easy to depart from the city. Although this hotel is not too far from the historic section of Lecce, I would still recommend driving to the “Parchejoo” (parking lot close to the castle) which is underground and huge. Lecce is a beautiful city with lots of interesting places to visit and to stroll around. This hotel made our stay there very pleasant. Highly recommend it, and I am an expert world traveler for over 40 years."
