"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "Well curated room for a 5 night trip. Pillows were a bit soft but you can ask for a firmer one. Amenities around the hotel were very nice, pool, pool bar and the outdoor gym were delightful. The small quiet pockets were a nice touch too. Hotel was in a nice quiet area, good 10 minute walk to Orchard road."
